In order that Ajuva may provide all clients with the very best of care, please respect the following policies while in the spa and spa sanctuary:

• Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume.
• Please turn off all pagers and cell phones.
• Please, no children or pets.
• Please secure all valuables. Ajuva will not be held responsible for lost or stolen property.

Late Arrivals and Cancellations
All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of your service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.

Cancellations for both medical and spa appointments require 24 hours notice. Monday appointments require 48 hour cancellation notice. You will be charged the full amount of all missed appointments and late cancellations.
